Access Hatches
Suitable for use on flat roofs with maximum inclination of 15º, they also provide controlled ventilation and emergency escape access.
Used to access the roof area whilst also allowing natural daylight to enter a space, access hatches are available in various sizes. Polycarbonate skins can be double, triple or quadruple – clear or diffused. Each come with either 160 mm vertical upstand (recommended for frequent use) or 150 mm splayed upstand (recommended for occasional use).

- Mill finish aluminium lid with 80mm Rockwool insulation
- Splayed 300mm steel upstand with 60mm Rockwool insulation
- Supplied with completed upstand for ease of installation
- 80° opening angle
- Gas strut assisted opening for smooth, easy single-handed operation
